Where do your meat and seafood cuts come from?

Your meat’s country of origin shouldn’t be a mystery! Our cuts come exclusively from animals born, raised, and harvested in the United States. All beef, pork, and chicken are sourced directly from all-American farms, while our fresh, sustainably-harvested seafood is wild-caught off American coasts or sourced with care from American fisheries.

Can you tell me more about your beef?
100% of our beef is responsibly raised and comes from cattle that have been born and raised in the United States. We source it from domestic family farms and independent ranchers committed to doing things the right way. They care about animal well-being and the environment, bringing you truly natural cuts of Angus beef that are completely free of artificial ingredients and minimally processed. Most of our beef comes from Angus breeds for optimal marbling, flavor, and tenderness with USDA Prime, USDA Choice, Wagyu and 100% Grass-Fed options available.
Can you tell me more about your pork?
All of our pork is responsibly raised and sourced exclusively from American farms, all-natural with zero artificial ingredients. The hogs on our farms are fed an entirely vegetarian diet without animal byproducts, aside from milk for the piglets’ nutrition. A vegetarian diet free of animal byproducts provides the perfect balance of nutrients for the animals as they grow. When we talk about a vegetarian diet in hogs, we always include “except for milk.” Why? That’s because when piglets get weaned from their mothers, they do best with milk-based supplements containing vitamins and minerals to help them grow.
Can you tell me more about your chicken?
We source our chicken from trusted farms committed to responsible handling from start to finish. Fed a fully vegetarian diet, our poultry is all-natural, and free-roam to ensure the highest levels of well-being and quality.
Can you tell me more about your seafood?

All of our seafood is wild-caught off American coasts or responsibly raised in U.S. farms and fisheries. We’re committed to freshness, which is why you’ll never find additives or coloring in our all-natural seafood selections.

Overfishing is a serious threat to our oceans, which is why we partner with responsible fisheries that carry the blue Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) label. The MSC is a third-party council that works to restore wild fish populations and their ecosystems by ensuring fisheries only fish healthy stocks and keep their impact on other species and the broader ecosystem to a minimum.

Aside from our wild-caught selection, we also offer sustainably farmed fish approved by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC). The ASC promotes sustainable farming techniques, including testing water quality, responsibly sourcing feed, preventing disease, and promoting animal welfare. It’s the kind of seafood you can feel good about eating!
