Did you know imported meat can be labeled “Product of U.S.A.” even if cattle are raised abroad? We think we can do better, so we only source meat from American farms that are committed to quality and sustainability here at home. This reduces pollution from international transportation and also supports local economies.

We work with family farmers and independent ranchers who share our concern for animal welfare and sustainable practices. They handle their animals compassionately and humanely, with sufficient space, shelter, water, and a diet free of antibiotics and added hormones.

Beef

We source from family farms and independent ranchers across America’s heartlands to bring you truly natural Angus beef cuts, completely free of antibiotics, growth hormones, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.
Our cows are raised on open ranges, where they graze on lush green pastures with ample space. Then, during the final stage of their lives, the farmers switch the cattle to a strict vegetarian diet of grains and roughage. This finishing process allows our farmers to produce USDA Choice and Prime graded meat, always well-marbled, tender, and juicy.
For those of you who prefer grass-fed beef, we source 100% grass-fed meat from family farmers in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, where cattle have continuous access to pasture during the growing season.
We work exclusively with farmers who use compassionate rearing practices and share our concern for sustainability. To ensure they treat their cattle with respect and use sustainable farming practices, all of our partner farms undergo rigorous third-party audits.
Pork

We source all of our pork exclusively from American farms that forgo using antibiotics, added hormones, growth promotants, preservatives, or artificial ingredients of any kind.
Our farmers commit to treating their hogs with care and respect. They house them in climate-controlled barns where they’re safe from extreme temperatures and predators while having access to the right amount of food, veterinarian care, and attention.
All of our partner farmers are Pork Quality Assurance Plus (PQA) trained, undergoing a rigorous third-party training program that teaches them to maintain strict food safety and ensure animal wellbeing. To further reduce stress and reduce injury, drivers also undergo training by Transport Quality Assurance before transporting the hogs from one location to another.
The hogs on our farms are fed an entirely vegetarian diet without animal byproducts, aside from only milk for the piglets’ nutrition. With access to a veterinarian on-site, the animals enjoy just the right amount of nourishment to keep them healthy and robust. The result? Delicious, high-quality cuts of pork for you to enjoy at home.

We source our chicken from trusted family farms in Nebraska and Iowa committed to responsible handling from start to finish. Fed an entirely vegetarian diet consisting of corn and soybean meal, the poultry at these farms never encounter antibiotics, growth stimulants, animal by-products, or arsenic in their feed.
Our free-roam chickens are never caged or confined, spending their days in climate-controlled barns with access to local freshwater. Instead of using mechanical methods for harvest, our farmers reduce stress by gathering the chickens by hand when they’re most relaxed.
More relaxed chickens produce better-tasting meat. When livestock are stressed out, they create the hormone cortisol, resulting in tough and flavorless cuts. You don’t have to worry about that happening at our farms–we guarantee pure air-chilled, tender cuts that are healthy and protein-rich.

We source seafood that’s wild-caught off the U.S. or raised in American farms. We’re serious about bringing you the real deal–you’ll never find artificial ingredients, colorings, added hormones, or antibiotics in any of our seafood selections.
Overfishing is a serious threat to our oceans, which is why we only partner with responsible fisheries that carry the blue Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) label. The MSC is a third-party council that works to restore wild fish populations and their ecosystems by ensuring fisheries only fish healthy stocks and keep their impact on other species and the broader ecosystem to a minimum.
Aside from our wild-caught selection, we also offer sustainably farmed fish approved by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC). The ASC promotes sustainable farming techniques, including testing water quality, responsibly sourcing feed, preventing disease, and promoting animal welfare. So it’s seafood you can feel good about eating!
